For the first time, the Great Mausoleum, in the Glendale park is offering outdoor niches. Holly Terrace Columbarium is located outside the entrance to the prestigious Holly Terrace. This highly anticipated niche development is finished with white Statuary marble and a border of Costa Smeralda green granite that frame the marble bas-reliefs at the center of each of the niche walls. The silhouette of a beautiful woman in a deep dream is portrayed by the marble bas relief by artist, Maria Gamundi, titled “Sogni D’oro” which translates to “Golden Dreams.” On the adjacent wall, “Spring,” the bas-relief by Della Robbia depicts a woman holding a large sprig waiting for a prosperous spring. This property boasts expansive views of the Glendale park with the Los Angeles landscape in the distance. Holly Terrace Columbarium truly offers privacy in an ideal setting for personal reflection.
